Belfast is set to enjoy its biggest summer of music to date!

Belsonic is back for 2026 as the Farmer's Bash kicks things off this Friday.

One of the biggest summers of music in Belfast to date, the festival returns from June 12 until July 1 as massive names from across the globe travel to South Belfast to perform.

Once again taking over Ormeau Park with 10 massive gigs, Belsonic once again has set itself up as one of the top festivals in the country.

How do I get to Ormeau Park for Belsonic?

Metro

Scheduled Metro services will connect you with Ormeau Park. Please note, no special shuttle bus services are operating. Plan ahead with the Translink Journey Planner app or online.

The Ormeau Park is serviced by the Metro 7 corridor and some Metro 6 services.

Standard fares apply for all Metro services, with contactless payment available on board.

Please ensure you allow enough time to make your connecting service for onward travel if applicable.

  • Passengers must confirm return departure point from Belfast, by asking the driver before departing the bus on arrival in Belfast.
  • Passengers will be emailed their e-tickets and are required to print the email prior to travel OR show their email on their mobile device.
  • Customers are emailed their e-ticket with booking details, including a booking reference to the email address supplied.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
  • Strict no smoking & no alcohol policies operate on Translink services.

Rail

There will be additional Rail Services running throughout Belsonic.

Passengers should avail of scheduled services to make their way to Ormeau Park, and can use their return ticket for late night additional services. All additional services depart from Lanyon Place Station.

Standard fares apply for all additional services, please plan ahead via the Journey Planner.

Services are expected to be busy, Translink would recommend buying your ticket in advance online, or via the mLink App. Tickets will be available to buy in stations from staff and from Ticket Vending Machines.

What are Belsonic gate and stage times?

Gates open at 6pm so please do arrive on site until close to that time.

Curfew is usually around 11pm but times will be posted on social media the day of the event.

Gates close/last entry is 9.45pm at each show.

Is there parking at Ormeau Park for Belsonic?

There is no designated parking at the Belsonic concert site. Organisers are advising concert-goers to travel by public transport if possible.

The public is reminded to respect the residents living in the surrounding area while attending any of the Belsonic concerts.

What are the age restrictions for Belsonic?

A number of different age restrictions apply for this year's set of gigs so be sure to check carefully before attending.

Farmer's Bash — 12 June 2026

General Admission: Under 16s can attend provided they present at the entrance gate accompanied by a parent or guardian (minimum age 25) who is also a ticket holder. They will be issued a wristband with the parent/guardian's contact details. A parent/guardian can sign in a maximum of 2 under-16s (minimum age 5, ticket required). Parents/guardians must accompany under-16s at all times.

Front Standing Section: Minimum age 10. Those aged 10–16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 25. Those 16+ may enter unaccompanied.

Josh Baker — 13 June 2026

Strictly for attendees aged 17 and above.

Teletech — 20 June 2026

Strictly for attendees aged 17 and above.

Teddy Swims — 22 June 2026

Can I bring food and drink with me to Belsonic?

A wide range of catering and bar facilities will be available.

Food or drink not purchased on site cannot be taken into the venue, there will be searches in place.

Please contact the Promoter directly should you require to bring food for medical reasons at info@ belsonic.com.

Photo ID is required for sale of alcohol at event. Please note it is the concertgoer’s responsibility to prove their age when requested.

Additional information from the organisers:

  • Refillable water bottles are permitted as long as they are empty on entry.
  • Dress for the weather — check the forecast.
  • No football tops of any kind.
  • No cloakroom on site
  • No luggage or large electronic devices (e.g. laptops).
  • Small personal cameras allowed; no professional photography equipment.
  • No umbrellas, parasols or similar (safety).
  • No chairs, seats or tables — all events are standing shows.
  • No bags larger than A4. No suitcases or luggage.
  • No picnic blankets.
  • No flags, emblems, flares or pyrotechnics — anyone bringing these will be ejected without refund.

Michael Bublé 2026 only: folding camping chairs are welcome within the general admission area for this performance. Not permitted within the Front Standing section. T&C's apply.
